Celeste does more than just promote the house, she educates so if you see a house without her, you know what to look for or know what needs first priority when you move in.

Do you know what wicking lines are? I did not and neither did my friends who were also looking at houses and now all of us are checking the wood in the basements.

Not every house is a dream house and Celeste doesn't go into homes thinking she needs to convince you to buy a house. She goes in wanting you to walk away with the house that is right for you and so she educates you while you are exploring.
